2. Who runs Everdawn

Everdawn is a free, fan-run Minecraft: Java Edition server. It is operated by one private person, who is also the seller of the Supporter rank and the controller of personal data:

3. Getting help

• In game: /helpop <question> reaches online staff, /report <player> <reason> reports a rule breaker and /bug reports a bug.
• On Discord: open a ticket for support, appeals and Supporter rank questions.
• By email: maximbozek1@gmail.com - for payments, refunds, legal and privacy matters, or if you can't use Discord.
• Safety concerns about a child or another player: contact us straight away. In an emergency, contact your local police.

4. Data requests

To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you (or your child), email maximbozek1@gmail.com with the Minecraft name. We'll check it's really you and answer within one month. The whole process, including what deleting your data removes and what we have to keep, is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Everdawn follows the Minecraft Usage Guidelines: the game is free, and the only thing for sale - the Supporter rank - is cosmetic and convenience only, never pay-to-win. The Everdawn name, logo and website content belong to Everdawn.
